Our Ethos

Our projects are centred around storylines that engage and inspire audiences. We put the narrative first, and use technology to enhance the immersive experience, bringing with us what we love from live theatre; compelling narratives, creative designs and shared experience.

We work with brand partners and venue operators to create immersive experiences that bring stories and spaces to life.

We also support producers, venues, and arts organisations with programming, project delivery, and business planning.

Matt is Tiny Dragon’s Chief Executive and looks after the overall creative vision and strategy for the company, as well as leading on customer relations and the research & development of new projects.

He has been working in theatre since 2005, first as an actor before moving into producing.  Following five years producing and programming at Curve in Leicester he moved to Newcastle to take up the role of Senior Producer for Northern Stage, setting up a new artistic planning team and overseeing the producing/co-producing and touring of all their shows, alongside curating their visiting programme. Notable work includes Sting’s The Last Ship and The Young 'Uns The Ballad of Johnny Longstaff.

He is particularly interested in building partnerships and developing interesting new ways to tell stories in immersive contexts.
